Graduating with a Culinary Degree from the Arizona Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Az was just the beginning of a life-long dream for Kailee. Working for hotels, bakeries and training with a top wedding cake designer in the United States and mentor, Madison Lee of Madison Lee Cakes NYC, she learned as much as she could in hopes in opening her own cake shop. That time is here with the launching of Bloom Cake Studio comes the realization that dreams do indeed come true.
